We want you to love your order!
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return your item.
You also have up to 90 days from the delivery date to request an exchange* (for a different size, color, or item).
*The cost of an exchange—both sending the item back to us and dispatching the replacement to you—is not covered.
If you prefer, we can organise everything for you: we’ll email you a prepaid returns label and arrange the shipment of the new item.
In that case, we simply pass on the courier’s charge, with no mark-up, so you don’t have to handle the logistics yourself.
Products must be returned in new or gently used condition – we reserve the right to refuse refund if a product is returned damaged or heavily used.
Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of an amalialane-boutique.com gift card or are generally issued to the original payment method, and are processed within 5–7 business days from the date of return delivery.
Note: Please ensure that each order is returned separately.
If multiple orders are returned in a single package, processing may take longer.
No credit will be issued for ineligible returned items.
As an alternative to returning your order, we may offer you a partial refund.
If you accept this option, you keep the item and receive a partial refund based on the issue reported.
This eco-friendly solution helps reduce packaging waste and CO₂ emissions from return shipments, while saving you time and effort.
Please note: Return shipping costs are not covered by our company.
Return Conditions
All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition, with tags still attached.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note: as orders are processed automatically, we cannot offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
We do not offer refunds for late deliveries unless previously agreed upon with the amalialane-boutique.com team.
A proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email with the outcome of your refund request.
Order Cancellations
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible.
For this reason, order cancellations are not possible once the order has been placed.

Out-of-Stock Items
If an item from your order is out of stock, you will receive 100% of the paid amount as store credit.
This credit can be used toward any other item in our store.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
f you purchased extra shipping insurance on our website, we will reship the entire order at no extra cost.
If you did not purchase insurance, we cannot offer a full refund. However, you will receive 30% of the order value as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
In these cases, we do not offer full or partial refunds to the original payment method.
Return Address Guidelines
Items must be returned only to the specific address provided by our customer service team.
Do not return items to any other address, including the one printed on the shipping label.
Items sent to an unauthorized address will not be processed, and we are not responsible for lost or misplaced returns.
Guidance on Returns
We recommend contacting us by email before initiating a return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, the time required to receive a replacement item may vary.
For items valued over £ / $ / € 20, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
