Processing & Shipping Times

Once your payment is confirmed, your order is sent to our warehouse for preparation.
Processing takes 3–5 business days before your package is handed over to the courier.

During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, and promotional periods), processing times may extend to 5–7 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Worldwide: 4–12 business days from the date of dispatch

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your country or local customs.

Holiday Notice: We do not guarantee delivery before Christmas for orders placed after December 1st.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking link provided.
If your package appears lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.


Lost or Undelivered Packages

If you purchased our shipping insurance, we will reship your entire order at no extra cost.

If you did not purchase insurance, we cannot offer a refund, but we will issue a 100% store credit valid for future purchases.

Please note: we do not offer full or partial refunds to the original payment method for lost or undelivered packages.


Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an incorrect address is provided, additional re-shipping fees may apply.

Tips for entering your address correctly:

  • Use the exact billing address as it appears on your credit card statement

  • Leave unnecessary fields blank (do not enter "N/A")

  • Enter city and state/province information in the appropriate fields


Undelivered Packages (Returned to Sender)

If your package is returned to our warehouse due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Failure to collect the package

You will be responsible for the additional shipping costs required for reshipment.


Import Fees & Customs Duties

Some countries may apply customs duties or import taxes to your order.
These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.

We recommend checking with your country’s customs office before placing an order.

Secure Delivery Address

We recommend providing a secure delivery location (home or workplace) to help prevent loss or theft.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages delivered to unsecured or unattended addresses.
